Choithram School, North Campus, hosted its 18th annual sports meet

It displayed the students' power, endurance, agility, and speed as they competed in track and field events

The event commenced with the welcoming of the school principal, Mr. U. K. Jha, and the coordinators. The students and staff were filled with zest and enthusiasm throughout the event. Students gave an incredibly enthusiastic demonstration of aerobics. First came the lifting of the Olympic flag, and then the athletes ran with a lit flame, signifying the fire within their souls. When they marched forward in unison during the walk-by, the students demonstrated amazing step synchronization. In the oath-taking ceremony, the participants pledged to keep up their sporting spirit. Following the launch of balloons into the sky, the Athletic Meet 2023–2024 was officially opened by our esteemed principal, Sir. There were numerous sporting events, such as shot put, long jump, high jump, 100-meter race, 200-meter race, relay race, and track competitions, where competitors displayed their athletic prowess. The recipients of the Best Athlete Award were Karvik Dubey and Avya Shah in the Class III category: Adyansh Jain and Paridhi Parihar in the Class IV-V category; Samruddh Joshi and Anushka Mishra in the Class VI-VII category; Lucky Chouhan and Suhana Khilwani within the VIII-IX division, as well as. Suyash Singh .and Prisha Wadhwani within the X-XII division. Neer House was declared the ‘Best House’.

Aaditya Joshi, the head boy, presented the athletic report. The unity of morale was ensured by beating retreat. The efforts of students were acknowledged and appreciated by rewarding the winners with trophies, medals, and certificates. The principal, in his address, commended all of the students for their outstanding work. The vote of thanks was proposed by the head girl, Jasman Kaur Chabbra. The National Anthem brought the event to a close.
